HOME COOKING !!

Hello everybody. 

   This time you must be wondering where all the meals which I wish to share with you all. These times must I want to share the most best places to eat once the cooking at home. Who says food cooked at home is not good?? Never again we heard right. So today I want to share a Kuih Cara Manis recipe .

Ingredients :-

  1. 2 cups flour 
  2. 3 cups of coconut milk (I use the fresh taste) - I use 1 packet coconut dust S & P 
  3. 2 eggs 
  4. 3 pandan leaves 
  5. Few drops of green coloring 
  6. Sugar adequately, as the core 
  7. Salt to taste (the taste of bit salty ) 
  8. A little cooking oil to mold rub


HOW to make :-


  1.  pandan leaves are washed, cut into small pieces and blend with coconut milk, then strain. Mix together flour, green dye, the eggs and stir with a whisk until all blended, add salt to taste. Stir and strain the mixture. Set aside for a moment. 
  2. Heat 2 way cake mold (mold muffins) on the stove, when hot reduce the heat to a minimum. rub a little oil on each separate molds (use pandan leaves folded, tied and clipped the ends). 
  3.  Fill the mixture into the container nose (mug or teapot) cast in each of the last mold almost full. Put a little sugar on each cake (approximately 1/3 teaspoon). Cover the surface of the mold with lid. Cook until the cakes are pale and not sticky when touched.
  4.  Carefully remove cake from pan and cool. rub a little cooking oil every time a new cake.

This is the result .
